Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi ZBB 7266 Refrigerator up and running in no time.

1. Remove Securing Tapes

Before starting, ensure that all securing tapes are removed from the appliance.

2. Clean the Interior

Wash the inside of the appliance using lukewarm water mixed with bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water) to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Control Panel Overview

Familiarize yourself with the control panel: A - Appliance button ON/OFF, B - Freezer Thermostat control knob, C - Temperature indication button, D - Temperature and function indicator, E - Function button/reset alarm, F - Fridge Thermostat control knob.

4. Position the Appliance

Ensure the back of the appliance is close to a wall while allowing the required ventilation gap as per the installation instructions.

5. Allow Refrigerant to Settle

After installing, leave the appliance for 2 hours before turning it on to allow the refrigerant to settle.

6. Connect to Power Supply

Plug the appliance into a power outlet. If the display is not illuminated, press button (A) to turn the appliance on.

7. Set the Temperature

Adjust the fridge and freezer temperatures using the thermostat control knobs. Set the fridge to between +2°C and +8°C and the freezer to approximately -18°C for optimal performance.

8. Initial Cooling

When first starting, set the thermostat control to a medium setting for both compartments. Adjust based on room conditions such as temperature and ventilation.

9. Alarm System

A buzzer will sound if the temperature is excessive; press button (E) to silence it. The display will remain red until proper conditions are restored.

10. Door and Shelf Adjustments

Adjust door shelves and internal shelves as needed for storage requirements. Pull shelves in the direction of the arrows to reposition.
